Cancellation Policy

We understand and respect the importance of your time. Barring any unforeseen circumstances, we make every effort to see you as scheduled and provide you the full amount of time necessary to achieve your optimum results. In turn, we ask that you respect our schedule and notify us 48 business hours in advance, if it is necessary to change your appointment, so we can attempt to utilize that time.

If you do not cancel your appointment in advance, or no-show on the day of your appointment, it will result in a charge of $50 per hour of the scheduled appointment time. If you no-show for an appointment three times, we will no longer see you for patient care.

 If you are 15 or more minutes late for your appointment, we may ask you to reschedule so it does not affect other patients' appointments.
