Kirsten is the best -- explained everything she was doing & did a super job of cleaning my teeth...even reminded me about a medication I told her I had to take while I was there. Dr. MacPhail as usual did a very thorough examination, letting me know about a couple issues that may require future attention. She also, as usual, took time to ask how I was doing personally and if I had any questions for her.

If you think you know what a dentist office/dentist appointment is supposed to be like, think again. From the moment you walk into the reception area, there's a feeling that you're in for something better; from the office staff to dental assistants, to registered hygienists, each step was explained in detail and very informative. And the people were just super friendly, warm, and genuine. I was referred by a friend, but now i plan to bring my whole family there!!
