Extremely capable & friendly staff. Kirsten is the best -- explained everything she was doing & did a super job of cleaning my teeth...even reminded me about a medication I told her I had to take while I was there. Dr. MacPhail as usual did a very thorough examination, letting me know about a couple issues that may require future attention. She also, as usual, took time to ask how I was doing personally and if I had any questions for her.

If you think you know what a dentist office/dentist appointment is supposed to be like, think again. From the moment you walk into the reception area, there's a feeling that you're in for something better; from the office staff to dental assistants, to registered hygienists, each step was explained in detail and very informative. And the people were just super friendly, warm, and genuine. I was referred by a friend, but now i plan to bring my whole family there!!

Everyone is always very welcoming and friendly. I feel at ease the moment I walk into the office. :)

My son is terrified of the dentist and I used to literally have to drag him in, after his visit with your office he is no longer afraid. You talked him through everything and he felt good about it. He knows he has another appointment coming up and it doesn't seem to bother him a bit! Thank you!!!!

The staff and the dentists are very cordial and welcoming. My fears were immediately gone and the filling I so dreaded was done very quickly and without any discomfort. I highly recommend this practice especially if you, like me, have had bad experiences with other dentists.

I needed to see a dentist about a chipped tooth and Dr DiSanti has retired. I was very fortunate to get an appointment with Dr. Gabe DiCostanzo. These days I have a bit of doctor anxiety. Dr. Gabe and Kathy were fantastic. If you liked Dr. DiSanti, you will like Dr. Gabe. Must also say thanks to Pam, my Hygienist, for keeping my teeth healthy :).

Entire staff very friendly & professional...always feel very comfortable with them. Your dental health is their main concern, but they also care about you as an individual and want to know about any other concerns you may have that they may be able to help with.

The dental hygienists are very thorough in their treatment yet always keenly aware of patient comfort. The dental team always explains in detail what treatment options you may have for your particular condition, and always in a friendly way, making sure you understand.

I understand that there are other patients in other rooms being serviced, however I fill like I am the only one receiving treatment. The staff is always tentative to me and my health which I consider it to be personalized service.
